These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services at 24/7 Rental Car. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to adhere to the terms stated herein. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement.

1. Delivery and Return of the Vehicle

The Lessor (24/7 Rental Car) provides the vehicle in good condition, with all necessary documents for circulation. The Renter must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and notify the Lessor of any discrepancies within 30 minutes.

The Renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was delivered, at the agreed time and place.
Vehicle return must be documented using the "Check Out & Check In Vehicle Report" signed by both parties.

2. Renter Liability

The Renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and take necessary steps to preserve its condition, including:

Refilling the vehicle with the appropriate fuel type and keeping fuel receipts.
Regularly checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other essential fluids.
Not allowing unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
Not subleasing the vehicle or using it for purposes such as towing, racing, or carrying excess weight.
Refraining from smoking inside the vehicle.

Travel to other countries requires specific written authorization from the Lessor. In case of an accident, the Renter must immediately contact the police and the Lessor, providing a valid copy of the police report or court statement.

Compensation and Fines

By signing the rental agreement, the Renter agrees to the following penalties for non-compliance:

Full value of unreported fines or three times the value of reported fines.
1/3 of the daily rental rate for each hour of delay in return, with higher penalties for longer delays.
€2 for each missing liter of fuel if receipts are not provided.
€150 for smoking inside the vehicle.
€20 for returning a vehicle not properly cleaned.
€500 for unauthorized drivers or traveling to other countries without written permission.
€1000 if the vehicle is not returned directly to the Lessor.

3. Insurance

Basic insurance is included in the rental rate and covers damages caused to third-party vehicles. However, insurance does not cover:

Damages caused by unauthorized or negligent drivers.
Damages to wheels, tires, or the vehicle interior.
Loss of keys or improper use of fuel.
Damages caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In case of theft, compensation requires the delivery of the vehicle's key or remote control.

4. Lessor Liability

The Lessor is not responsible for losses or damages caused during the rental period unless required by law. The Renter assumes full responsibility for any legal or financial issues arising from their use of the vehicle.

5. Early Contract Termination

The Renter is not entitled to refunds for early termination of the rental agreement or the earlier return of the vehicle.

In the event of contract violations, the Lessor reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle and seek compensation using the Renter's provided payment details.
